My First Post - Introduction

Welcome to the first entry of my blog !!

My name is Kimi Hime (姫 means Princess) because I love everything princessy just like any other feminine girl does (?) but I'm actually quite tomboy, so this could be the way to redeem myself (?) (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑

Let do a quick introduction, shall we?

I was born in the 90's. Loving games since I was really young, playing games with my dad and been into Japanese manga and anime since Elementary School (early weaboo life lmao). I always wanted to do cosplay and all my friends in the community does it (but back then my family was pretty poor so I can never afford a costume). But now!! When I got my own money I can cosplay whenever I want (yay) so more cosplay projects coming. I only started cosplay back in 2016. I also become a girl gamer icon in Indonesia, since I joined Revival Ladies in 2016. Then I left the gaming scene (because of various reasons) and made a comeback in February 2017.

Now I do Shoutcasting for MOBA games, DotA2, etc. I also sometimes MC and serves as guest star on gaming events. I manages Mivecat Station (it's a gaming themed maid-cafe) with my best friend. I do livestreaming and despite all that, I'm working a full-time job as a Product Manager on a skincare distribution company. ✧٩(•́⌄•́๑)

When did my love for beauty came from?

Back when I was in Highschool, my mom forbade me from wearing any cosmetics, said I'd harm my youthful skin, so I only use facial wash, (and sometimes when I'm not lazy) moisturizer + sunblock. But apparently it's not enough. My face got some dark spots because of the sun (｡•́︿•̀｡)

After I went to college and not having enough allowance money, I tried selling Korean cosmetics online. I learned about them, before I can persuade people to buy it from me. Then when I get enough money, I bought some for myself, too! From there my stuff grows bigger and bigger and bigger till now (tehee~).

I watched videos from YouTube for tutorials and skincare tips when I was younger. My biggest muse would be Pony, Michelle Phan, and Pearypie. I saw them watch eyeliners easily (while I did awful most of the times) and I only mastered it after a year or so.


I was also influenced by Korean makeup the most, because I think it suits my face and skin tone the most. Back in 2014 when I went to Korea, I bought a lot of makeup and skincares. Honestly, it was the BEST TIME OF MY LIFE!!!! Strolling around entering all makeup stores I can find and buying stuff... (Should save up more so I can go like that again) lol.

What will I write in this blog?

My top picks for cosmetics, skincare, routines, and also some beauty tips. I might also write advice on relationships, cosplay, and more! Any girl gamer here? I might also write game review, walkthrough, tutorial, etc. Anything about my hobbies I will also write too!
